Roofing contractor serving Austin, TX since 2017

Before starting Austex Roofing in 2017, our founder spent years working as an insurance adjuster. That role made one thing clear: homeowners were often left in the dark when it came to the claims process, and the roofing companies stepping in to help didn't always know enough to bridge that gap.

After adjusting claims, the next move was to work directly in the roofing trade, learning the craft hands-on across several companies. What stood out during that time was a recurring problem: too many contractors lacked real knowledge of either roofing or insurance, sometimes both. That gap hurt homeowners at the exact moment they needed the most help.

Starting Austex Roofing was the natural answer. With a background that covers both the insurance side and the roofing side, we're able to walk Austin-area homeowners through the full picture, from the first inspection to the final repair, without the guesswork or runaround.

That approach has resonated with neighbors across the area. Austex Roofing has earned Nextdoor's Neighborhood Faves title two years running, a recognition that comes directly from the communities we serve in Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, Westlake Hills, Steiner Ranch, Liberty Hill, and the surrounding neighborhoods.

We handle roofing repairs, full roof installations, storm and wind damage repairs, skylight installation and repair, attic venting, gutter cleaning, siding, and exterior painting. Whether you've just come through a hail storm or you want a professional set of eyes on an aging roof, we're equipped to help.

Serving homeowners across the greater Austin area is something we take seriously. From Barton Hills and Barton Creek to Old West Austin, Northwest Hills, Travis Country, and Onion Creek, we show up on time and give you a straight answer about what your roof actually needs.
